- Sauté onions in pan with a little oil until softened
- Add the beef and cook, add the garlic and green beans and stir
- Stir in the red Thai curry paste along with the coconut milk, leaving it to simmer for 10 minutes
- Turn off heat and serve with sprinkling of coriander, chilli and a squeeze of lime.
